Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

1. Customs Coordination: Proactively resolve customs clearance issues to eliminate transport delays.
2. Financial Oversight: Manage 3PL billing invoices, process payment applications, and handle logistics claim management.
3. Inventory Control: Lead hub inventory management activities to ensure accurate tracking and flow of goods.

What We Are Looking For:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to accurately identify and judge HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and either Mandarin or Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, or a closely related industry.
