Responsibilities Write and update step-by-step IT procedures and process documentation. Help gather and organize documentation and evidence used to support IT controls and audits. Create easy-to-follow internal documentation. Develop user-friendly FAQs and help guides for employees. Organize documentation so it is clear, consistent, and easy to find. Work with team members to understand how systems and processes work, then document them clearly. Requirements Working towards a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Interest in documentation, process improvement, or how IT teams operate. Comfortable learning new topics and asking good questions.
