Responsibilities Operate and manage vessels, crew, and passengers. Responsible for all operations while onboard vessels and ensure guest and vessel needs are met. Oversee maintenance of the assigned vessel. Supervise the daily activities of vessel staff. Maintain accurate vessel log books. Ensure that tours follow routes determined on tour day. Establish quality crew interaction with guests regarding safety procedures, tour information, vessel information and environmental data. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess USCG Masters License 100 GT with waterway designation to match area’s needs.
