This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day detailing workflow, maintaining HoneyCar’s high vehicle presentation standards, and supporting a team of detailers to consistently deliver quality results. As a Detailer Manager, you will balance hands-on detailing with team oversight, quality control, and coordination with leadership. HoneyCar customers expect vehicles that are clean, well-presented, and ready for delivery, and this role plays a key part in ensuring that standard is met every day. This position is ideal for someone with detailing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and take pride in managing both people and process.
