Role Overview We are seeking a Consultant to join our Strategy and Analytics team. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025) looking to gain hands-on experience in a flexible, project-based capacity. Consultants on our team may be staffed on a single project or support multiple client engagements, serving as individual contributors. They conduct research, perform data analysis, and develop compelling presentations while owning day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders. In this role, you\'ll develop actionable strategies and communicate recommendations to internal and external executive stakeholders. You\'ll bring a highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset and leverage your analytical curiosity to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced, supportive, and fun environment. What You’ll Bring Recent MBA graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025) or pre-MBA candidates with strong professional experience who are open to contract work with potential for full-time conversion 4–7 years of relevant work experience in strategy or management consulting, professional services, corporate or business strategy, financial or economic analysis, data analysis, and/or strategic marketing Experience successfully leading projects, both independently and in collaboration with clients or internal stakeholders Proficiency in presenting and effectively communicating research and analysis using PowerPoint Experience structuring and executing research and/or data analysis Passion for problem solving and working with data Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Creative mindset and drive to develop innovative solutions Excellent time management and organizational skills The ability to proactively set priorities and execute effectively Strong attention to detail in both data analysis and communication A strong interest in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry Additional Skills We Value Experience managing and training junior team members Communications sector knowledge including demand, competition, technology, operations, and regulations Exposure to data visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or QGIS Deep knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Data analysis involving large datasets Market and competitive research Marketing, including customer segmentation, loyalty and churn management, marketing optimization, pricing Financial/economic analysis and modeling Corporate and business strategy Project management What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Learning & development programs and mentorship Exposure to high-impact projects Volunteer events that support giving back to our local communities Weekly company-sponsored team social Annual summer party, holiday party, and other fun events Employment Type We prefer candidates who are available to work in person, but we are open to remote arrangements for the right fit.
