As a Customer Service Representative and Office Assistant at On-Time Pool Service, you will be a crucial part of a team that values respect, communication, integrity, adaptability, and quality. Customer Service and Office Assistant Benefits*

  • Compensation: Starts between $18 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Wages can advance with quality work, efficiency, detail orientation, good communication, professionalism, and being a good team player.
  • Monday through Friday work week expected of 40 hours. Over 40 hours paid at time and a half.
  • Paid holidays, including a week off paid between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Company 401k with employer match.

  • No overnight or weekend work.
  • Paid training.


Customer Service and Office Assistant Responsibilities*

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phones, emails, business texts, and other client communications in an upbeat and friendly manner. Handle administrative tasks associated with client communications.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships, including performing inside sales.
  • Data entry into the company’s CRM, scheduling, and accounting software.
  • Perform inventory management.
  • Other customer service and administrative duties as may be assigned.

Customer Service and Office Assistant Qualifications*

  • Must have availability to work Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Longer hours (overtime) may sometimes be required to complete all tasks.
  • Must have critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is critical. Go-getters are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent customer relationship building and communication are a must.
  • Must have a positive attitude and work well with the team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
  • Type at 40 or more wpm.
  • Candidates working in an office setting in the trades such as pool service, pool construction, pest control, landscaping, lawn service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and janitorial are encouraged to apply.
