Entry-Level Office Assistant – Title & Escrow
Are you looking to launch your career in real estate? We're hiring a friendly, organized Office Assistant to support our title and escrow team!
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Route and respond to emails, ensuring timely communication
• Provide administrative support to escrow and title officers
• Perform general office tasks using Microsoft Office and other software
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — a big plus!
