Responsibilities

  • Process inbound or outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and manage shipment, inventory, and order data using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Utilize logistics platforms, and other internal systems to support daily operations.
  • Monitor order status and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Verify shipment accuracy and maintain records of operational data.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (no prior experience required).
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to work.
  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Korean is required.
The base pay range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
