Job Overview
The Order Puller / Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in our daily operations, responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order sheets or handheld scanners.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly stacking and storing inventory.
Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, restocking, and tracking inventory levels.
Loading & Unloading: Help receive and unload deliveries and load trucks for outbound shipments.
Safety & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety procedures, use proper lifting techniques, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse managers and team members to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Previous warehouse, order pulling, or logistics experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory systems is a must.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available for the right candidate).
