Position: Paramedic.
Location: Port Arthur, TX.
Job Type: Travel Assignment.

Overview:
Join a private EMS company providing 911 emergency services and inter-facility transfers (IFTs) in Port Arthur, TX. This is a 16-week assignment designed for experienced paramedics looking for a structured, rotational schedule with competitive pay and provided lodging.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 16 weeks.
• Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday).
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts.
• Compensation: $6,220 per 14-day work period.
• Travel Stipend: $400 included in pay.
• Pay Frequency: Biweekly.
• Call Volume: Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift.
• Lodging: Provided during scheduled work weeks only.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical services and patient transport.
• Respond to 911 calls and perform inter-facility transfers.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years paramedic experience.

Work Schedule May Include:

• Day and evening shifts.
• Night and overnight shifts.
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certifications Required:

• BLS Certification (Required).
• PALS Certification (Required).
• ACLS Certification (Required).
• Texas EMS or EMS Compact State License (Required).
