Monday-Friday shift 8am-5pm

Onsite: Rochester, NY 14626

Payrate: 33.00-34.00/hr

1+ year contract

Overview

Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation to support the safe and effective use of products. Works cross-functionally to deliver clear, accurate, and compliant content

Responsibilities

• Develop manuals, online content, labeling, and instructions for use
• Write, edit, proofread, and manage document reviews/approvals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Gather technical information from internal teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Address customer inquiries and support continuous improvements

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HTML/XML, DITA, and FrameMaker
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with CMS, CSS, JavaScript, or web authoring tools
