To support the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission, the full-time remote Supervisory Paralegal will direct and supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and timely delivery of work products. Key responsibilities Monitors work progress and ensures quality control of paralegal and support staff outputs Performs complex legal and factual research while coordinating with trial staff and expert witnesses Designs systems for managing case files and collaborates with other contractor support components Required qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance Paralegal certificate required At least three years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial experience Minimum one year of experience in automated litigation support Proven supervisory experience with effective communication skills
