Job Description
We are hiring a Solar Panel Installer / Electrician for a full-time opportunity in Escondido, CA . This role is available as a temporary (3–4 months) or temp-to-hire position , working a day shift, Monday through Friday . The position involves installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures, performing electrical work, and supporting solar installation projects in a team environment. Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience).
