Office Administrator – Sales Support (Growth Opportunity)

 

Position Type: Full-Time
40 hour Schedule: 8:30AM - 5:00PM 30 minute lunch or 8:00AM-5:00PM 1 Hour lunch

 

Role Description

We are hiring an Administrator to support our Sales team. The Administrator supports all aspects of the customer experience while learning how our sales operations function day to day. This position works closely with our Sales Team to build a strong foundation in customer service, scheduling, and product knowledge. With training and experience, this position offers the opportunity to grow within our Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow.

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Reception

  • Greet customers in the showroom and serve as a first point of contact
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, manage voicemail, and respond to general inquiries
  • Provide courteous follow-up to customers via phone and email
  • Maintain office organization and showroom cleanliness

Scheduling & Sales

  • Schedule estimator appointments and installations
  • Prepare next-day installer and estimator packets

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales Team
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Keep Google Workspace organized and accurate
  • File, scan, and mail documents

Orders, Invoicing & Payments

  • Assist with processing counter/shop orders, customer payments, and order pickups
  • Complete daily customer (COD) invoicing and reconcile prior day’s work in our software

Training & Career Development

  • Build product knowledge and customer communication skills
  • Progress toward a Sales role based on performance, skill development, and business needs

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communicating with customers
  • Able to learn and retain detailed information
  • A technical and logical thinker who can understand measurements
  • Ability to follow established procedures on routine work
