Supporting legal and compliance functions, the hourly Remote Paralegal will manage landlord-tenant matters, assist with employment-related legal documentation, and maintain corporate compliance records in a flexible, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Manage a variety of legal matters related to landlord-tenant issues, including lease documentation and evictions Assist with employment-related legal documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. employment and labor law Prepare, file, and maintain business licenses and corporate compliance records across multiple states Required qualifications Experience in landlord-tenant legal matters and property management processes Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law Experience with corporate compliance and maintaining business licenses Ability to manage multiple legal priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt work hours based on project demands
