Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the production process, assisting with wire terminal preparation using both manual and machine-based methods. Your work will help ensure quality and accuracy from the very beginning of production.

Job Responsibilities
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Adhere to 5S manufacturing standards for organization and efficiency
Assemble and build parts according to customer specifications, blueprints, and drawings
Monitor and meet daily production goals and performance standards
Inspect work regularly to ensure high quality and accuracy
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding production status
Follow machine setup procedures and maintain tools properly
Cross-train in other departments as needed
Work overtime and weekends when required
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Basic measurement skills (comfortable using rulers and similar tools)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented attitude
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Willingness to learn basic mechanical skills (training provided)
