Production Assistant

We are looking to hire Production Assistants to work within a leading manufacturing organization in Green Bay, WI, You will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: DePere, WI

Shift: First Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00hr

What's the Job?

• Assist with Operating assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as required.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and work instructions.
