Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Partner to join our team. One position is available. Qualified candidate may work in our Mechanicsburg, PA, Chambersburg, PA or Westminster, MD branch location. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Position Description: The Organizational Development (OD) Partner plays a critical role in creating and sustaining a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, you will lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, enhance leadership effectiveness, drive performance management strategies, and build robust succession planning processes across the organization. Acting as an internal consultant and change agent, this position supports leaders, teams, and cross-functional partners in aligning people strategies with business goals while partnering closely with Learning & Development to identify capability needs and ensure leadership and employee development solutions support organizational priorities and long-term talent outcomes.
Areas of Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, HR, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Generally, a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in organizational development, performance management, or talent strategy roles.

Salary Range: $97,900 - $122,400, depending on experience. Opportunity to earn additional annual bonus incentive.
