Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Houston as Order Processing/Administrative Staff. This role primarily involves creating data from customer orders and generating necessary documentation for the warehouse and deliveries. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. A serious approach to work and passion for the job are the most important attributes.

Responsibilities:

• Create and process data from customer orders accurately.
• Print warehouse checklists based on incoming orders.
• Generate and print delivery slips (納品書).
• Maintain organized records of orders and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Compensation: Starting at $16 - $17 per hour

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Must possess a hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• No prior industry knowledge is necessary; we will train you.
• A serious attitude towards work and enthusiasm are highly valued.
