Job SummaryStudent nurse assisting RN/LPN with patient care; prioritizes safety and infection prevention.
Minimum Qualifications• Enrolled in ADN/BSN; completed 2nd semester; currently in 3rd.
Preferred Qualifications• CPR certification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Assist with care; collect/monitor/report information.
• Promote engagement/continuity ; infection prevention.
• Recognize/report safety risks; performance improvement.
Physical Requirements• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
