Job Title

In the Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PS) business area we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions. Within this setting, our Operations employees turn innovative engineering designs into real solutions to meet our customers' needs. From Supply Chain, to manufacturing and test, Electronic Systems offers opportunities to work with technology rarely accessible in other manufacturing firms. In this role you will have an opportunity to support the munitions acceleration team (MAT) supply chain team overseeing the ramp to rate activities of the Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS).

In this role you will be responsible for the procurement of all necessary capital and test equipment infrastructure necessary for our PGSS business to hit our ramp rates. In doing so you will, prepare and issue complex subcontract types. Validate and contribute to the formation of specifications, work statements and Subcontract Management Plans. Prepare and review proposals for documentation adequacy, develop evaluation criteria, lead proposal evaluation team in fact-finding, and cost/price analyses, negotiate subcontract provisions, document subcontract files in compliance with FAR/DFAR Regulations and company policies and procedures. Prepare request for proposals, advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information and compliant file documentation. Prepares, issues, and administers non-disclosure agreement with subcontractors as required. Negotiate Terms and Conditions and specific subcontract terms and conditions including price, delivery, quality, and performance requirements. Support proposal preparation activities, administer subcontracts, and execute supplier management activities to provide for acquisition and fulfillment of direct requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Receive and review subcontractor proposals, by examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage suppliers through all phases of program execution. Respond to subcontractor inquires, resolve invoice issues, participate on proposal evaluation team(s) in fact finding, technical evaluation, and cost/price analysis. Documents the entire fact finding and negotiation process. Ensures that discussions, correspondence and agreements with potential and actual subcontractors are in accordance with government law, corporate and company policy and program special provisions.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience in a large multifaceted electronic manufacturing environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
