Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our integrated pediatric health system. In this role, you will provide direct, family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in collaboration with pediatricians, registered nurses, and a broad multidisciplinary team. The LPN supports a patient-first approach by performing focused assessments, obtaining vital signs, administering medications within scope, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. You will coordinate and document care in the electronic health record, assist with care planning, and reinforce provider instructions to ensure safe, seamless transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty settings. As a key member of our collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you will educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care, communicate clearly and compassionately with caregivers, and advocate for the physical and emotional needs of children. The position emphasizes infection prevention, safety protocols, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. You will participate in quality improvement initiatives, pediatric-focused training, and evidence-based practice projects that advance clinical excellence.
