To support a dynamic in-house legal team, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will drive departmental planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, enhancing the efficiency and impact of legal services in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Legal team leadership on strategic planning and implementation of departmental initiatives Assess and improve legal workflows and service delivery models to enhance efficiency and scalability Serve as a liaison between Legal and other departments to strengthen collaboration and support enterprise-wide initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, management, or project leadership within professional services, legal, or financial environments Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and design effective solutions Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Experience using data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
