Role Overview: High Rise Rope Access Technician

Youll perform exterior high-rise cleaning services using professional rope access systems.

Key Responsibilities

• High-rise window and building cleaning using rope access
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Set up, inspect, and maintain rope access systems and equipment
• Perform work safely and to quality standards with no damage
• Represent the Window Hero professionally with customers

What Were Looking For

• Rope access or high-rise experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Great customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Background check required
