Job Description

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

About the Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more reliable AI systems - and we need practitioners who know how GRC actually works in the real world. If you've spent time inside compliance programs, risk frameworks, or security audits, your expertise is exactly what's needed to train the next generation of AI.

This isn't a typical compliance role. You'll be using your domain knowledge to evaluate, validate, and improve how AI reasons about security policies, risk controls, and regulatory frameworks - work that directly shapes AI capabilities in one of the fastest-moving fields in tech.
