Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to German -speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address and efficiently resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Guide customers through our services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services.
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing quality customer care.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully engage with a new culture.
• A keen interest in the iGaming industry is considered a significant asset.
