The Mission

• The First Call : Perform the dignified transfer of the deceased from residences, hospitals, and nursing homes to our facilities.
• Guardianship : Handle human remains with the utmost safety and reverence, ensuring every movement is gentle and respectful.
• Operational Excellence : Maintain our fleet to "premier" standards—ensuring removal vehicles are pristine and fully stocked with PPE.
• Logistics : Navigate prep rooms and embalming facilities with precision, following real-time instructions via phone, text, or in-person.

Requirements for Excellence

• Professional Presence : A "clear-cut" appearance (Suit & Tie required; no visible tattoos or excessive piercings) to reflect our commitment to the families we serve.
• Physical Power : Ability to lift 200+ lbs and maneuver heavy weight in challenging environments.
• Mental Fortitude : The ability to maintain calm and kindness in emotionally charged or fast-paced situations.
• Clean Record : A valid Class C Driver’s License and an impeccable driving history.
• Availability : We serve our community 24/7. Candidates must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High level of physical fitness and "hands-on" work ethic.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to follow complex directions.
• Funeral Assistance License: Preferred, but we will provide training and sponsorship for the right candidate. (Candidates that require training to become licensed will be paid $15/hour for the 2 week training.)
