We are looking for motivated people with a dedication to working with senior citizens in a residential setting. The mission of Saint Ann’s Residence is to enhance the quality of life of older adults by providing a secure, comfortable, and homelike environment. Saint Ann’s offers competitive compensation. Hours vary. This position is every other weekend and on-call for shifts to include the following shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately Take and relay messages Inform and log family members and visitors upon entry Assist residents in calling cabs Make announcements over the PA system Monitor the emergency intercom Required Skills Customer Service Ability to use a computer Ability to handle occasional pressure This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
