Responsibilities Post and manage loads on carrier boards. Source and book carriers while negotiating profitable rates. Verify carrier compliance, including insurance and safety requirements. Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules. Track shipments and communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers. Resolve transportation issues and customer concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong carrier relationships. Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation. Hours & Benefits Hours: 8-5 M-F Company paid benefits Qualifications Transportation, logistics, or brokerage experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
