Join our team to provide essential administrative support and outstanding customer service to our agents and policyholders. This role is key to keeping our district operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do: - Assist agents and policyholders by phone, email, or in person
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, data entry, deposits, and answering phones
- Balance daily cash receipts
- Support special projects as needed
What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required-we'll train you!
- Comfortable working in the office
- Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends for special projects

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
