Epic Cheers Consultant (Campaigns & CRM)
Openings: 3
Duration: 9-month contract

We are seeking experienced Epic Cheers Consultants to support campaign development and patient outreach initiatives for a large healthcare organization in the New England region. This role will focus on leveraging Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM capabilities to drive engagement strategies and enhance patient communication efforts.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of Epic expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting campaigns and CRM workflows in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, build, and execution of Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM initiatives
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and marketing stakeholders to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Configure and optimize campaigns to improve patient engagement and communication outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with clinical workflows and organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM functionality
  • Troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Participate in testing, validation, and ongoing optimization of campaign workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Active Epic certification in Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional Epic application (preferred: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, or EpicCare Link)
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of direct client-facing experience with strong healthcare domain knowledge (e.g., clinical workflows, patient portals, encounter management, patient flow)
  • 4+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or production support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM functionality
  • Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies and outreach programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
