2. 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience, ideally within e-commerce or for global English-speaking audiences.
3. Native English speaker with professional proficiency; ability to write with clarity, precision, and cultural relevance, could communicate in Chinese.
4. Strong product thinking and a proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
5. Data-driven mindset, with experience using research and insights to guide content decisions.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 1. Craft clear, engaging English UX content for a variety of product interfaces, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.

1. Maintain English UX writing guidelines to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content, in alignment with global brand standards.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to design seamless, user-focused experiences for English-speaking markets.
3. Assess the quality of LLM-generated English translations following established evaluation guidelines.
4. Utilize high-quality English translations as examples to fine-tune LLMs, enhancing AI translation capabilities for consistent, accurate outputs across product and promotional content.
5. Refine AI output standards for English and develop clear, effective content guidelines, and partner with AI engineers to seamlessly integrate translation solutions into workflows.
