We are seeking a skilled and reliable licensed Residential Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring all work meets safety codes and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in residential and commercial service work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting installation, and troubleshooting
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about scope of work and pricing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Document work performed and materials used

Qualifications

• Valid electrician license (Journeyman preferred)
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service upgrades and panel replacements
• Familiarity with smart home systems and modern electrical technologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
