This position is ECMC’s Program Manager and Senior Authority for digital asset programs and projects related to Colorado's energy regulation, and will serve as the agency’s subject matter expert (SME) on all digital asset projects, tools, digital asset training, and templates etc. This position will reside in the Strategic Development Unit but will provide the following support to all ECMC staff:

Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position

Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to eight (8) years
(Relevant degrees would include Information Science, Library Science, Computer Science, Digital Media Management, Communications, Project Management, Education, etc.)Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Current or former State experience relevant to this position.
Experience in program and/or project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables.
Proficient in Laserfiche, Google, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other relevant databases or software.
Experience with digital accessibility, including all current Federal and State rules and regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with ECMC rules and regulations and regulatory processes.
Understanding of best practices for Digital asset storage.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, internal and external, of various computer literate backgrounds to ensure comprehension and compliance with ever changing technology and regulations.
Familiar with the ADDIE model instructional design and Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation.
Familiarity with branding.
