Summary

The Video Digital Marketing Specialist leads the creation of compelling video content that supports marketing campaigns, enhances sales training, and strengthens brand presence. This role owns the full production process, from concept development and storyboarding through filming and post-production, while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ownership of Video Production Process

• Concept, storyboard, and script engaging video content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging

• Capture high-quality footage in studio, on-site, and in the field

• Edit and produce polished videos optimized for multiple platforms (web, social, email, YouTube)

• Support Marketing Campaigns

• Create campaign-driven video assets that directly support lead generation and sales initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to bring equipment and solutions to life visually

• Sales Training Content

• Produce video content for internal training programs that help our teams sell smarter and more effectively

• Coordinate with HR and training leaders to plan, schedule, and execute training content

• Expand Company's Video Footprint

• Develop product/segment content (product highlights, brand storytelling, customer videos)

• Support tradeshow and event video production

• Help grow and optimize our YouTube presence and video library

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required)

• Experience with video production from concept through post-production

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Willingness to travel up to 40% (for on-site shoots, events, and field content)

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and web-based platforms

• Strong communication skills and command of the English language

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

• Experience with photography and basic graphic design

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar)

• Familiarity with YouTube content optimization or social video formats

• Reasoning - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The ability to tell when something is wrong and solve the problem or seek advice.

• Lifting - The ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 15 lbs.
