CRM Operations Coordinator/ Marketing Or Growth Operations Coordinator (CRM & Promotions)

Pay Rate: $43/hr. Location: San Francisco, CA/ New York, NY/ Brooklyn, NY/ Atlanta, GA/ Chicago, IL/ Dallas, TX/ Los Angeles, CA/ Oakland, CA/ Louisville, KY (Hybrid role)

(Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM M/F work from home, T/W/Th work in the office) Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

End-to-End CRM & Promotion Execution: Owning the full lifecycle of campaigns, from building and launching targeted communications to managing promo codes and ensuring precise user targeting.

Performance Analytics & Monitoring: Tracking campaign flow performance, pulling results, estimating incrementality, and providing data-driven recommendations for scalability.

Process Codification: Documenting operational best practices and defining functional requirements to help transition manual workflows into automated, scalable growth efforts.

Mandatory Requirements:

Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination, specifically within a high-growth environment.

Analytical Rigor: A proven ability to use data to measure the success of ROI, refine targeting, and navigate technical ambiguity.

Operational Autonomy & Grit: A "no task too small" mentality with the ability to work independently and adapt to the rapid changes of the business.

Desired Skills:

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Experience acting as the "operational glue" between diverse departments like Marketing, CRM, and Product.

Technical Documentation: The ability to translate complex manual workflows into clear functional requirements for future automation.

Obsessive Attention to Detail: High precision specifically regarding the management of CRM tools and creative assets to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Uber is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the "operational glue" for Teens Growth Bets campaigns. This role is a unique hybrid of hands-on execution and strategic scaling. You will be the bridge between manual workflows and future automation. We need a subject matter expert who can execute fiercely with a customer-first mentality, solving the complex technical and operational challenges inherent in launching new campaigns and growing our products among multiple teen subsegments.

What You'll Do:

CRM & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution of select CRM campaigns. You will build, launch, and measure targeted communications to drivers and riders.

Promotion Execution: Manage the lifecycle of promotion campaigns, from initial request to ensuring precise targeting and clear terms for the end user.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Monitor flow performance, pull results, estimate incrementality and recommend scalability.

Process Improvement & Codification: Document operational best practices to help define functional requirements for further growth efforts.

Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Coordinate with key partners such as Marketing, CRM, and Eats to execute campaigns.

Communication: Great communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with high-performing Ops Managers, internal partners, and external vendors.

Precision: An obsession with detail, particularly regarding CRM tools and creative assets.
