We are recruiting for a new Programme Manager to lead local delivery of the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) across Boston, East Lindsey and South Holland. This role will be employed by East Lindsey District Council. You’ll help ensure residents can access dignified crisis support when they face a financial shock, while building stronger pathways and community-led initiatives to improve long‑term financial resilience, reduce inequalities and support healthier communities. Working within the Healthy Communities team, you will turn national policy into practical, local delivery. You’ll shape how crisis support operates on the ground and bring together third partners and council services. You will be responsible for the programme’s governance, compliance and impact. What we’re looking for We are looking for a confident, resilient lead for this new welfare scheme. Someone who combines strong programme leadership with a values‑led, collaborative approach. You’ll be comfortable working with systems, partnerships and people with the skills required to manage a significant grant fund budget. What experience do I need? We are looking for someone with either a professional qualification or experience of programme or grant‑funded budget management, including assurance and reporting. A strong understanding of poverty, financial resilience and the wider welfare landscape is essential. We’ll join our new Healthy Communities team, focused on improving quality of life and supporting evidence‑based initiatives that help individuals and communities to lead happier, healthier and more resilient lives.
