Job Description:

1. Review and Consult Business Continuity Planning
2. Conduct and maintain Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) for business units identifying critical processes recovery time objectives (RTOs) recovery point objectives (RPOs) and interdependencies across people facilities applications and third party providers
3. Coordinate facilitate and document continuity tests including tabletop exercises simulations and scenario based events (e.g. cyber incidents power outages pandemic scenarios)Coordinate with 1LOD for all third-party join DR testing
4. Track testing outcomes issues and remediation efforts; partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive timely risk mitigation
5. Develop review and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory guidance (e.g. FFIEC OCC Federal Reserve)
6. Relationship Management
7. Act as both trusted risk manager/partner and credible 2LOD risk independent challenge professional to support our businesses and functions
8. Compliance & Documentation
9. Support regulatory exams internal audits and risk assessments by preparing documentation evidence management responses and remediation tracking
