As part of The Pacha Group's international portfolio, the venue combines advanced production technology, hospitality services, and community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and entertainment in New York City.

Position Overview

Pacha New York is seeking an experienced and highly creative Content Manager - Videography & Editor to lead and execute end-to-end video content production across all digital, campaign, and event touchpoints. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the visual identity of Pacha New York, ensuring every piece of content reflects the energy, scale, and cultural impact of one of the world's most iconic nightlife brands.

Working closely with the Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams, the Content Manager will own the full video lifecycle - from concept and on-site capture to editing and final delivery - across live shows, artist features, and brand campaigns. • Own the full video production lifecycle, including concept development, filming, editing, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Edit high-impact video content such as event recaps, promotional trailers, artist features, and social-first campaigns.
  • Oversee live event coverage and manage on-site content execution during show nights.
  • Define visual styles, video formats, and editing standards across all digital platforms.
  • Optimise content for performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
  • Source and manage external creators, videographers, and editors to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams to align content with campaigns and partnerships.
  • Maintain organised content workflows, asset management, and delivery processes.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in content production, videography, video editing, or digital media roles.
  • Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory), with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-energy event video editing, including music-led storytelling and fast-paced nightlife content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on video editing work (event recaps, campaign trailers, reels, brand films).
  • Experience working with large-scale venues, entertainment brands, music festivals, or nightlife environments.
  • Deep understanding of content optimisation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
  • Experience developing brand visual guidelines, editing playbooks, and creative direction frameworks.
  • Established network of content creators, videographers, photographers, and freelance editors.
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and live event schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple editing timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits Overview

Eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; company holidays; and participation in retirement savings programs in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
