Senior Vice President, Clinical Development

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead the global clinical development strategy across multiple programs
• Drive Phase 2 and future pivotal studies, including programs in rare and complex diseases
• Design innovative clinical protocols and guide regulatory strategy from IND through late-stage development
• Oversee clinical operations and CRO partnerships to ensure high-quality, efficient trial execution
• Serve as a key external leader with regulatory agencies, investigators, and future partners
• Build and scale a world-class clinical development organization

What We’re Looking For:

• MD (MD/PhD strongly preferred)
• Proven leadership in biotech clinical development, ideally within cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or advanced therapeutics
• Track record of advancing xywuqvp programs through mid-to-late stage clinical trials
• Deep experience engaging with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA)
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and team-building ability
