We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our automotive business to continued growth. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive location

  • Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and accountability

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

  • Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency

  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high standard of service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (management or leadership role preferred)

  • Proven experience managing teams and operations

  • Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive retail, service center, or parts management experience

  • Experience with P&L responsibility

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and automotive software
